Ultimate is a convenient, liquid, single phase, full-function water conditioner that has been scientifically formulated for use in Koi and Goldfish ponds.
It is VERY important to use Ultimate when adding water to a pond that contains chloramines. Conventional dechlors will detoxify the chlorine in the chloramines but do nothing to the ammonia released from the chloramines. Ultimate will detoxify both the chlorine and the ammonia in chloramines.
Ultimate is Recommended:
When conditioning new water for ponds.
After or during water additions.
Before adding new plants or fish.
When transporting Koi or Goldfish.

Dosage Rate: 3 fl. oz. per 180 gallons or 1 Pint per 1,000 gallons of system volume.
After the water temperature in your pond drops to 60 degrees or below, you should decrease the amount of food given to your fish and feed them no more than once a day using a food designed for cool weather feeding.
